Okay, aside from writing down all the food I consume in a day, I will take a photo and place it in my blog.  I came to the conclusion while I was having festive food and wineeeeee.  I need more than writing down what I swallow a photo journal of overeating may keep me honest.
Oh, and while I photograph food I might include a photo of my feet doing some exercise.
I walked 7304 steps yesterday in spite of the wine I was drinking.

Anniversary

I nearly forgot that today is our anniversary!  Yeah us!
